Pet Policy

Cats and dogs are welcome. Maximum of two pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions apply. No weight limit.

$300 deposit per pet
Dog pet rent: $35 monthly per pet
Cat pet rent: $25 monthly per pet
2 pet limit

Breed Restrictions:

The following dog breeds are not permitted, including any mix where one of the restricted breeds makes up 50% or more of the dog, as verified by a veterinary report:

Pit Bull Terriers
American Bulldogs
Bull Staff or Staffordshire Terriers
Rottweilers
German Shepherds
Dobermans/Doberman Pinschers (Miniature Pinschers are permitted)
Chows or Chow breed mixes
Presa Canarios or any variety of Canary dogs

We have been living at the Gunther for almost a year and love it! It's modern and updated but has a historic feel. The apartment itself is spacious and located optimally near restaurants and shopping. The office staff are wonderful and so helpful they are like family. I must say I haven't met anyone in the building I didn't like, everyone is friendly and overall I feel safe living here. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, yes it is a bit pricey but I guess it's worth it! 5 stars!

I have lived at The Gunther for 4+ years. I love it here. I feel safe. It is clean (like actually really clean). The maintenance and the office staff are nice. It is in a great location in the city. Close to Target and multiple grocery stores. It is also close to 95 and 895 if you commute. The historical piece is also cool. It's a converted Brewery and they did an amazing job of incorporating old doors, vats, machinery. It is the nicest place I've lived.

Gunther is 100%!!! This was my first apartment in Baltimore and one of the best places I've ever lived in. The management was beyond accommodating and what better neighborhood to live in than Canton. Anyone looking for a top notch luxury living, in one of the best parts of Baltimore.... this is your spot!
